Personal Message from Dr. Nido Qubein

“When I was first asked to be the featured speaker at the January 2013 Lessons in Leadership event, I was quite intrigued. The idea of a small group of volunteers from the local business community staging a major leadership event as a "gift" to their community really fired my imagination. 

Western North Carolina is a part of the state that I've always enjoyed visiting, so having the opportunity to speak in a brand new arena AND be part of this unique Lessons in Leadership concept was simply too much to resist. Despite a very busy schedule, I decided that I needed to make time to be part of it.

So, with the New Year upon us, I am looking forward to sharing some thoughts, ideas and strategies with you. My presentation "From Success To Significance" explores the importance of finding focus, balance and meaning in everything you do, and it has never been more timely and relevant to the challenges and opportunities we all face every day. After all, even the most difficult times are filled with opportunities.
